1bet Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 1bet platform and all its services. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and 1bet. By registering on the platform or using its services, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

1bet provides online sports betting, casino gaming and related entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. Although these Terms are written in Bengali, in the event of any interpretive dispute the decision of the platform's designated authority shall be final.

1bet reserves the right to amend, add to or cancel these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published. It is the user's responsibility to visit this page regularly and stay informed of the latest Terms.

2.1 Registration

A personal account must be opened to use 1bet's services. You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Registering with false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of the associated balance.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found in the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses received will be cancelled. If more than one member of the same household wishes to register separately, they must notify 1bet support in advance.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password and OTP completely confidential. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect your account security has been compromised, you must notify 1bet support immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification

1bet may request additional information or documents for identity verification at any time. You may be asked to submit a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. Failure to provide the required information within the specified time may result in temporary suspension of your account.

The minimum age to use all 1bet services is 21 years. If anyone under 21 opens an account or uses the platform, their account will be cancelled and all transactions will be declared void. Providing false information about age is a serious violation.

Users must be legal residents of Bangladesh and eligible under the laws of their country to use online betting services. If a user accesses the platform from a country or region where such services are prohibited, that use is not covered by these Terms.

4.1 Deposits

bKash, Nagad and Rocket are accepted for deposits on 1bet. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits must be made only from the registered user's own mobile financial service account. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad and Rocket may also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. A withdrawal request normally takes 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile financial service number registered on the account.

4.3 Transaction Accuracy

1bet will not be held responsible if an incorrect amount or incorrect details are submitted in a transaction. Users must confirm the correct mobile number and amount before completing a transaction. If any problem arises, the support team must be notified immediately.

1bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read carefully before claiming.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to unlock withdrawal is ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Other Bonuses

In addition to the welcome bonus, 1bet offers weekly reload bonuses, cricket festival bonuses, slots bonuses, referral bonuses and special rewards. Each bonus has specific wagering requirements, a minimum deposit and an expiry period. If any misuse or manipulation of a bonus is suspected, 1bet reserves the right to cancel that bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A user will receive a specific bonus only upon meeting the applicable eligibility conditions.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless stated otherwise.
• Taking advantage of system errors or bugs in bonus programmes is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

1bet has the full right to accept or reject any bet. Bets may be cancelled due to a technical error, incorrectly published odds or other unusual circumstances, and the staked amount will be returned. If an event is cancelled, the bet will be declared void and the stake will be refunded.

6.2 Odds and Results

All odds are correct at the time of publication, but 1bet reserves the right to correct them in the event of an error. The official result issued by the relevant sports governing body will be treated as final in determining the outcome of any event.

6.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each event and market and are displayed on the platform. 1bet may set individual betting limits at any time, particularly in cases of unusual betting behaviour.

6.4 Live Betting

In in-play or live betting, odds may change at the time a bet is accepted due to technological delays. In such cases, 1bet may accept the bet at the updated odds or decline the bet.

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using betting systems or software to place automated bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing other users or 1bet staff.
• Participating in or assisting with match fixing or result manipulation.

12.1 1bet's Rights

1bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason — in particular for breach of these Terms. In the event of closure due to a breach, bonus balances will be forfeited and deposited funds will also be subject to review.

12.2 User's Rights

A user may request the closure of their account at any time. Any bonus balance whose terms have not been fulfilled at the time of account closure will be cancelled. Any remaining balance from valid deposits may be withdrawn after the applicable verification process is completed.
